AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF THE DRIVEWAY ACCESS
REQUIREMENTS FOR PARK PLACE BAPTIST CHURCH
LOCATED AT 5630 MABELVALE PIKE, LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for waiver of
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Little Rock for Park Place Baptist
Church, located at 5630 Mabelvale Pike, as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31 be waived for the purpose of complying with conditions
pursuant to a building permit issued by the Department of Neighborhoods and Planning
allowing for the construction of a 20,737 sq. ft. Family Life Center located at 5630
Mabelvale Pike.
The specific improvement to be waived is the removal of an existing driveway in the
intersection of Mabelvale Pike and Greenway Drive accessing the Church property
located at 5630 Mabelvale Pike.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
