CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for
waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan of the
City of Little Rock for Park Place Baptist Church, located at 5630 Mabelvale Pike, as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31 be waived for the purpose of complying with
conditions pursuant to a building permit issued by the Department of
Neighborhoods and Planning allowing for the construction of a 20,737 sq. ft.
Family Life Center located at 5630 Mabelvale Pike.
The specific improvement to be waived is a 4 -foot wide sidewalk extending
approximately 154 feet along the frontage of the Church property located at
5630 Mabelvale Pike.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
