ORDINANCE NO. 17.103
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6076 - Described as part of the SE 1/4,
SW 1/4, Section 32, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Little
Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as:
Beginning 500 feet East and 40 feet North
of the SW corner of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4,
Section 32, on the North right -of -way of
Baseline Road; thence N0000212711E 198.09
feet; thence East 140 Feet; thence
S00 002127 11W 197.19 feet to the North
right -of -way of Baseline Road; thence
along said North right -of -way, S89037157 "W
140.00 feet to the Point of Beginning,
containing 0.64 acre, more or less; from
"R -2" Single Family District to 110 -3"
General office District. (3800 Baseline
Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district
map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
