AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
THE SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS FOR ROY R.
JOLLEY, D.D.S., OFFICE BUILIDNG LOCATED AT
#5 VAN CIRCLE, LOT 3 -C -BR, HILLSIDE VILLAGE
ADDITION, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for
waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan of the
City of Little Rock for Roy R. Jolley, D.D.S. Office Building, located at #5 Van Circle, as
follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31 be waived for the purpose of
complying with conditions pursuant to a building permit issued by the
Department of Neighborhoods and Planning allowing for the
construction of a 3500 sq. ft. office building to be located at #5 Van
Circle.
The specific improvement to be waived is a 4 foot wide sidewalk
extending approximately 53 feet along Lot 3 -C -BR frontage on Van
Circle.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
