AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MASTER
STREET PLAN OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A
DEFERRAL OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS TO
NAPA VALLEY ROAD FOR THE AGAPE CHURCH
LOCATED AT 701 NAPA VALLEY ROAD
(2- 3789 -F).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 15,519, the Master Street Plan of
the City of Little Rock, be amended to provide for a deferral of
certain requirements within the Master Street Plan of the City of
Little Rock for the Agape Church located at 701 Napa Valley Road, as
follows:
Subsection a. That provisions of the Master
Street Plan be deferred.for the purpose of complying with
conditions pursuant to a conditional use permit issued by
the Little Rock Planning commission allowing the
construction of an additional parking lot to be located on
the Agape Church property at 701 Napa'Valley Road
(Z- 3789 -F).
Subsection b. The specific improvements to be deferred are
one -half of minor arterial street improvements along the
east side of Napa Valley Road for a distance of 580 feet
adjacent to the Agape Church site.
Subsection C. The required improvements are to be deferred
until such time as traffic safety demands, not to exceed
three (3) years from the date of issuance of a building
permit for the additional parking lot.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
from and after its passage.
