AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT- OFFICE
DISTRICT TITLED DIAN HICKS -- SHORT -FORM PD-0
(Z- 5715 -B), AND LOCATED AT 6420 MABELVALE CUT-
OFF, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 to PD -O.
A parcel of land in Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -w, and
located at the northwest corner of Mabelvale Cut -Off
and Stillman Dr., at 6420 Mabelvale Cut -Off, Little
Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section
1, BEGINNING 35.45', measured (Deed 201) N of the SW
corner of said SW 1/4, SE 1/4, SE 1/4; THENCE N 103',
measured (Deed 112'); THENCE S 87050' 00" E 1301;
THENCE S 1031, measured (Deed 112'); THENCE N 87000100"
W 130' to the POB, and containing approximately 0.307
acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planing Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for DIAN HICKS -- SHORT -FORM PD -O (Z- 5715 -B) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect
and be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
