ORDINANCE NO. 17,041
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND USE PLAN
(16,222) IN THE GEYER SPRINGS WEST DISTRICT,
CHANGING AN AREA FROM SINGLE FAMILY TO MIXED
USE AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, Staff reviewed the area and believes it is
appropriate to amend the Plan at this time; and,
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission after discussion
of the issue at a public hearing agrees that the Plan should be
amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. An area at the northwest corner of Mabelvale
Cutoff Road and Stillman Drive is changed from Single Family to
Mixed use.
SECTION 2. The City of Little Rock adopted Land Use Plan
Map is changed as shown on the attached sketch Map.
