AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTIES
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be. and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 5228 -A - Described as part of the NW
1/4, NW 1/4, NE 1/4 of Section 4, T -1 -S,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as: Beginning
40.0 feet South and 53.8 feet East of the
Northwest corner of NW 1/4 NE 1/4, Section
4, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, on the East line of
Interstate 430; thence S200E on said
Right -of -Way line 768.4 feet to the South
line of said NW 1/4 NW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence
East to the Southeast corner of NW 1/4, NW
1/4, NE 1/4; thence North to the South
line of Baseline Road; thence West to the
Point of Beginning. Now in the City of

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district
map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects

necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
