CHANGING AN AREA EAST
OF BASELINE ROAD FROM
TO MIXED OFFICE INDUS,
MATTERS.
THE CITY LAND USE PLAN
CREEK DISTRICT,
OF I -430, EITHER SIDE
MIXED OFFICE WAREHOUSE
PRIAL AND FOR OTHER
WHEREAS, the Neighborhood and Planning Staff reviewed the
area and believes it is appropriate to amend the Plan at this
time; and,
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission after discussion
at a public hearing agrees that the Plan should be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Change an area either side of Baseline Road, east
of 1 -430 from Mixed Office Warehouse to Mixed Office Industrial.
SECTION 2. The City of Little Rock adopted Land Use Plan
Map is changed as shown on the attached sketch map.
