16992• • 418 ORDINANCE NO. 16,992 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF THE SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS FOR CYPRESS PROPERTIES OFFICE BIIILDING (Z- .5472 -D), AND LOCATED AT 2200 RODNEY PARHAM ROAD, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for CYPRESS PROPERTIES OFFICE BIIILDING (Z- 5472 -D), and located at 2200 Rodney Parham Road, as follows: Subsection a. That Section 31 -209, which requires a sidewalk to be constructed along streets abutting commercial development, be deferred for the Valley Club Circle, Buff Lane, and Wendy Lane frontages of the site until a sidewalk construction project is undertaken in the Pleasant Valley subdivision which involves construciton of sidewalks in the adjacent blocks to the CYPRESS PROPERTIES OFFICE BIIILDING property, or, for five (5) years, whichever comes first. Subsection b. That Section 31 -209, which requires a sidewalk to be constructed along streets abutting commercial development, be deferred for the Hnson Road frontages of the site until the City initiates a project to construct a sidewalk along the north right - of -way line of Hinson Rd. in the area west of the CYPRESS PROPERTIES OFFICE BUILDING property, or, for five (5) years, whichever comes first. SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage. PASSED: October 17, 1995 ATTEST: City Clerk e Mayor 1
