2 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NUMBER 16,797 ("THE 1995
3 BUDGET ORDINANCE "); REALLOCATING BUDGET FUNDS WITHIN THE
4 LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

6 WHEREAS, on December 14, 1994, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
7 Arkansas adopted the 1995 Budget Ordinance for the City of Little Rock; and
8 WHEREAS, it has been determined that budgeted funds within the Police Department
9
10 should be reallocated between divisions in order to reflect the actual work assignments of officers
11 and to meet the payroll requirements for the remainder of the fiscal year.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
13 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
14 SECTION 1. The 1995 Program Budget Summary attached to Ordinance No. 16,797,
15 the 1995 Budget Ordinance, is hereby amended as follows to increase or (decrease) the budgets
16 for the following organizations within the Police Department:
