AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z-6017 - Described as a part of the NW 1/4 of
the NE 1/4 and part of the NE 1/4 of the NW
1/4, Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows: Commence at the southwest
corner of said NW 1/4 NE 1/4, Section 1;
thence 587047'45 "E, along South line of said
NW 1/4 NE 1/4, 154.94 feet; thence
N02007,40 11E, 550.68 feet to the point of
beginning; thence N87047140 "W, 300.0 feet;
thence N02007140 11E, 725.0 feet to a point on
the south right -of -way line of Baseline Road;
thence S87047140 11E along said south right -of-
way line of Baseline Road 300.00 feet; thence
502007'40 11W, 725.0 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 4.995 acres more or
less from "R -2" Single Family District to
110-3" General Office District. (6800 Block
of Baseline Road)

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
