AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
z-6019 - Described as a tract of land in
Section 36, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas being more particularly described as
follows:
Starting at the center of said Section 36,
thence S01 002112 11W along the Easterly line of
the NE 1/4, SW 1/4 said Section 36, 1021.60
feet to a point on the centerline of Chenal
Parkway; thence Southeasterly along said
centerline, being the arc of a 2864.80 feet
radius curve to the right, having a chord

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
