ORDINANCE NO. 16,941
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
ZONING DISTRICT TITLED RIVERSIDE BOX PCD
(Z- 4796 -A), AND LOCATED AT 7008 FOURCHE
DAM PIKE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 Single
Family to PCD Planned Commercial District.
Part of the SE 1/4 and part of the SW 1/4,
Section 9, T -1 -N, R -11 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, described as:
Beginning 54.8 feet East of and 16 feet North
of the SW corner of said SE 1/4, Section 9;
thence North 334 feet; thence West 90 feet;
thence South 150 feet; thence West 15 feet;
thence North 1200.9 feet; thence Southeasterly
318.3 feet more or less to the NW corner of
Hermitage Homesites Subdivision; thence South
along the West line thereof, 1339.5 feet;
thence West 210 feet to the Point of Beginning;
containing 9.1 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for RIVERSIDE BOX POD is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred
