AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE AND A
WAIVER OF LOT FRONTAGE STANDARDS,SIDEWALK
AND CUL -DE -SAC DESIGN STANDARD REQUIREMENTS
FOR HOSPICE HOME CARE, INCORPORATED POD
(Z- 4175 -A) LOCATED AT THE NORTH END OF DOVER
STREET OFF WEST 36TH STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for variance and a waiver of certain
requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City
of Little Rock for Hospice Home Care, Inc. Planned Office
Development as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31 -282 be amended to
provide for a reduction in the width of the
required pavement section for a cul -de -sac from 90
feet to 80 feet and that Section 31 -231 be amended
to provide for the establishment of a single lot
served by an access easement in lieu of a public
street frontage and that Chapter 31 -209 be amended
to provide for a waiver of sidewalk along Dover
Drive.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
