AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
ZONING DISTRICT TITLED HOSPICE HOME CARE
POD (Z- 4175 -A), AND LOCATED AT THE NORTH
END OF DOVER DRIVE OFF WEST 36TH STREET
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from MF -18
Multifamily District to POD Planned Office District.
Part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 15,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Little Rock,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of the said SE 1/4
of the NW 1/4; thence N86051-46" East 639.80
feet to the NW corner of Tract "A ", Kensington
Place, Phase I; thence 502033137" West along
the West line of said Tract "All a distance of
600.49 feet to the NE corner of Lot 262,
Kensington Place, Phase II; thence 571024148"
West along the North line of said Lot 262 a
distance of 118.36 feet to a point on the
Easterly right -of -way line of Dover Drive (60
feet right -of -way); thence S53025100" West
63.28 feet to a point on the Westerly right -of-
way line of said Dover Drive; thence S7803910511
West 284.57 feet; thence N89 051102" West 175.69
feet to a point on the West line of said SE 1/4
of the NW 1/4; thence N00028100" East along
said West line a distance of 695.88 feet to the
Point of Beginning containing 9.691 acres, more
ore less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.

SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for HOSPICE HOME CARE POD is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect
and be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
