ORDINANCE NO. 16,938
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND USE PLAN
(16,222) IN THE I -430 DISTRICT, EITHER SIDE
OF 36TH STREET WEST OF DOVER, FROM SINGLE
FAMILY TO PUBLIC INSTITUTIONAL AND FOR OTHER
MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the Planning Staff finds it is appropriate to amend
the Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission agrees with the proposed
change.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. A Single Family area west of Dover and either
side of west 36th Street is changed to Public Institutional.
SECTION 2. The Plan map is amended as shown on the attached
sketch map.
