AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET
PLAN REALIGNING A MINOR ARTERIAL AND
ADJUSTING COLLECTORS IN THE AREA
NORTHEAST OF CHENAL PARKWAY AND WEST OF
LOYOLA AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the Engineering and Planning Staff believe that
the realignment collectors will result in a traffic pattern
similar to the original; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners affected by the changes
have reviewed and agree to the changes; and,
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has
recommended the realignment and collector changes after
public review.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The proposed collector Wellington is
realigned to turn back toward the unnamed arterial.
SECTION 2. A new collector is shown from the West Loop
to Wellington.
SECTION 3. The proposed collector from the West Loop
to Wellington will now stop to the unnamed arterial.
SECTION 4. The Master Street Plan text in the chapter
entitled "Functional Classification of Street System,
Collectors" section is amended as follows:
