AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
THE SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS FOR DONAHUE --
SHORT -FORM PRD (Z- 5964), LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF SIMPSON ST., NORTH OF THE
MILBURN IN. INTERSECTION, LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of
Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver of certain
requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City
of Little Rock for DONAHUE -- SHORT -FORM PRD (Z- 5964), as
follows:
Subsection a. That a waiver from the provisions of
Section 31 -209 be approved, which requires that
"Standard Residential Streets" have a sidewalk along at
least one side of the right -of -way, to permit the
development of the PRD without the required sidewalk.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
