169080 'i rn H N O A a ro R a G� ORDINANCE NO. 16,908 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT TITLED BRODIE CREEK COMMUNITY -- CONCEPTUAL LONG -FORM PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT (Z- 5963), AND LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF BOWMAN ROAD, WITH FRONTAGE OF BOWMAN ROAD BETWEEN PANTHER BRANCH CREEK AND OLDS LANE, EXTENDING WEST TO SPRING VALLEY AND NORTH TO KANIS ROAD, WITH FRONTAGE ON KANIS ROAD BETWEEN THE COOPER ORBIT ROAD INTERSECTION AND THE ASBURY ROAD INTERSECTION, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for HRODIE CREEK COMMUNITY -- CONCEPTUAL LONG - FORM PRD is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
