AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT
TITLED BRODIE CREEK COMMUNITY -- CONCEPTUAL
LONG -FORM PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
(Z- 5963), AND LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF
BOWMAN ROAD, WITH FRONTAGE OF BOWMAN ROAD
BETWEEN PANTHER BRANCH CREEK AND OLDS LANE,
EXTENDING WEST TO SPRING VALLEY AND NORTH TO
KANIS ROAD, WITH FRONTAGE ON KANIS ROAD
BETWEEN THE COOPER ORBIT ROAD INTERSECTION
AND THE ASBURY ROAD INTERSECTION, IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2, MF -12, MF-
18, C -1, 0-2, and 0-3 to PRD.
A parcel of land in Sections 7, 8, 9, 17, and 18, T -1-
N, R -13 -W, and located on the west side of Bowman Rd.,
with frontage on Bowman Rd. between Panther Branch
Creek and Olds Ln., extending west to Spring Valley and
north to Kanis Rd., with frontage on Kanis Rd. between
the Cooper Orbit Rd. intersection and the Asbury Rd.
intersection, Little Rock, Arkansas, being more

SECTION 2. That the conceptual site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planing Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for HRODIE CREEK COMMUNITY -- CONCEPTUAL LONG -
FORM PRD is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval
within the time specified by Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code
of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect
and be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
