AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT
TITLED MOORE MORTGAGE CO. -- SHORT -FORM
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - OFFICE (Z- 5570 -A), AND
LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CANTRELL
ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 750 FEET EAST OF THE
SAM PECK ROAD INTERSECTION, IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 to PD -O.
A parcel of land in Section 20, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, and
located on the north side of Cantrell Rd.,
approximately 750 feet east of the Sam Peck Rd.
intersection, Little Rock, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of said
Section 20; THENCE S 01018100 11E 712.61' (Deed: S
711.6'); THENCE S89049'19 "W 495.0' to the POB (Deed: W
495.09; THENCE 501003'41 "E 683.89' to a point on the N
ROW line of Arkansas Hwy. 10 (Cantrell Rd.); THENCE
583013119 11W along the N ROW line of said Arkansas Hwy.
10 (Cantrell Rd.) 89.43'; THENCE N01003'41 "W 694.20';
THENCE N89 049'19 "E 89.0' to the POB, containing 1.408
acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planing Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for MOORE MORTGAGE CO. -- SHORT -FORM PD -O is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect
and be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
