AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A
PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
TITLED WEST MARKHAM AUTO MALL -- AMENDED
SHORT -FORM PD -C (Z- 2245 -D), LOCATED ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF W. MARKHAM ST., APPROXIMATELY
0.4 MILE WEST OF SHACKLEFORD ROAD, IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 15,345 AND CHAPTER 36,
SECTION 36 -176 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 15,345, passed on
September 15, 1987, be amended to provide for modification
of the District described as:
WEST MARKHAM AUTO MALL -- SHORT -FORM PCD (Z- 2245 -C)
SECTION 2. That the Amendment, providing for a
change in the restrictions imposed in the original PCD, be
approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the establishment of the zoning
classification for WEST MARKHAM AUTO MALL -- AMENDED SHORT -
FORM PD -C (Z- 2245 -D), is conditioned upon obtaining final
approval within the time specified by Article Vii, Section
VII, Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36-
81, and 36 -82. of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and the designated district map and
its is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect the designated change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect
and be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
