AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES. `
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z-5978 - Described as part of the West 1/2 of
the Fractional NE 1/4, Section 6, T -1 -S, R-
12-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Commencing at the intersection of the
centerline of Sunset Lane and the old South
right -of -way line of Baseline Road, said
point also being on the West line of the East
1/2, West 1/2, fractional NE 1/4 of said
Section 6; thence S86024115 "E, 20.0 feet to a
point on the old East right -of -way line of
Sunset Lane and the NE corner of that
property taken in 1982 by the Arkansas State
Highway Commission for right -of -way of
Baseline; thence S02 053106 11W along the old
East right -of -way line of Sunset Lane and the
West line of that right -of -way taken by the
Arkansas State Highway Commission, 205.85
feet to a Arkansas Highway and Transportation
Department marker and the point of beginning
of the Tract of land herein described; thence

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
