AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z-5974 - Described as a part of the SE 1/4 HE
1/4 of Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of said SE 1/4 NE
1/4 of Section 25, thence N00081W, along the
West line of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4, for 66.79 feet
to the Point of Beginning, a found spike;
thence N0008'W, continuing along said West
line, for 522.83 feet to a found iron pin;
thence N89052105 "E for 178.11 feet to the
Westerly right -of -way line of U.S. Highway 67-
70 (University Street), a found iron pin;
thence 506011113 "W along said Westerly right -
of -way line, for 164.20 feet to a found
concrete monument; thence 507038137 11W,
continuing along said Westerly right -of -way
line, for 350.32 feet to the Northerly right -

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
