AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF THE
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS REQUIREMENTS FOR
BCK CONTRACTORS -- SHORT -FORM PD -C (Z- 5930 -A),
LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF BASELINE RD.
AND UNITY LN., LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for a deferral of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for BCK
CONTRACTORS -- SHORT -FORM PD -C (Z- 5930 -A), as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31- 201(h), which requires
developers to provide one -half of the required Master Street
Plan improvements for boundary streets, be deferred for
Unity In. for a period of three (3) years, or until there is
a City street project or other development along the length
of Unity In. which will involve re- construction of other
portions of the street, whichever occurs sooner.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
