AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 16,797 (THE 1995
BUDGET ORDINANCE) TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR
THE ENVIRONMENTAL COURT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, on December 14, 1994 the Board of Directors adopted the 1995
Budget Ordinance for the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the staffing level and funding provided
in the 1995 Budget Ordinance for the operations of the Environmental Court was
insufficient.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The 1995 Program Budget Summary attached to Ordinance No.
16,797, the 1995 Budget Ordinance, is hereby amended to increase the budget for
Organization 1052, Environmental Court, by $45,692 from $215,732 to $261,424 to
provide funding for additional court personnel.
