AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF THE
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS REQUIREMENTS FOR
DONLEY -- SHORT -FORM PD -C (Z- 5959), LOCATED AT
3204 OLD SHACKLEFORD RD., LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for a deferral of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for DONLEY
-- SHORT -FORM PD -C (Z- 5959), located at 3204 Old Shackleford Rd.,
as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31- 201(h), which requires
developers to provide one -half of the required Master Street
Plan improvements for boundary streets, be deferred for Old
Shackleford Rd. until, either, there is street development
associated with other development in the area which is to
include reconstruction of.Old Shackleford Rd., or for a
period of five (5) years, whichever comes sooner.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
