ORDINANCE NO. 16,879
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT
AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT TITLED
DONLEY -- SHORT -FORM PD -C (Z- 5959), LOCATED AT
3204 OLD SHACKLEFORD RD., IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 to PD -C.
A parcel of land in Section 16, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, and
located at 3204 Old Shackleford Rd., Little Rock,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at a 1/4" rebar having a coordinates
value of N 142,770.943 E 1,193,631.258,
accepted as the NE corner of the N 1/2 SE 1/4
NE 1/4 of said Section 16, THENCE N86 051125 11W
145.45' to a 1/2" rebar in the W ROW line of
Old Shackleford Rd. and the POB; THENCE
S08017156 11W along the W ROW line of said road
150.0' to a 1" crimphead pipe, THENCE
N87082126 11W leaving said road 267.16' to a 1/2"
rebar, THENCE N87038154 "W 106.50' to a 2"
diameter pipe, THENCE N04006114 11E 150.36' to a
1" diameter pipe, THENCE 587024135 11E 384.61' to
the POB, containing 1.3029 acres more or less.

SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
and the permitted uses be approved as recommended by the Little
Rock Planing Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for DONLEY -- SHORT -FORM PD -C is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
