ORDINANCE NO. 16,878
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT
AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT TITLED
R. D. SNELL PD -O (Z- 5769 -A), LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF KANIS RD. AND WHITE RD., IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 to PD -O.
A parcel of land in Section 8, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, and
located at the southwest corner of Kanis Rd. and
White Rd., Little Rock, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
The north 120 feet and the west 165 feet of
Lot 5, Simpson Subdivision.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
and the permitted uses be approved as recommended by the Little
Rock Planing Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for R. D. SNELL -- SHORT -FORM PD -O is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
