AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A THREE YEAR
DEFERRAL OF THE SIDEWALK REQUIREMENT FOR
ESI AUTOMATION LOCATED ON .TRACT N -1,
RIVERDALE ADDITION AT 2101 BROOKWOOD
DRIVE, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for a three year deferral of certain
requirements within the subdivision regulations of the City of
Little Rock for ESI Automation located on Tract N -1, Riverdale
Addition at 2101 Brookwood Drive, as follows:
Subsection a. That the requirements of Section
31 -282 of the Subdivision Regulations, which
requires that sidewalks be located on both
sides of the street, be deferred for a period
of three years from the effective date of this
ordinance, at which time the sidewalks shall
be constructed or the owner shall obtain a
waiver from the Board of Directors.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
