ORDINANCE NO. 16,875
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
16,465 AND REVOKING A "PCD" DISTRICT
TITLED MARK IV SHORT -FORM PCD (Z -5698)
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 16,465 was passed on August 3,
1993 and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance changed the zone classification
from R -2 to PCD on the following described property:
A parcel of land in Section 4, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
located at 809 South Bowman Road, being more
particularly described as Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Mark
IV Subdivision, being a replat of Lots 1, 2, 3,
and 4 of Thomas Subdivision to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as shown on Plat and Bill of
Assurance in Book 939, at Pages 297 through 299,
dated October 29, 1965, of the Pulaski County
records, being a replat of Lot 10, Montclair
Subdivision.
WHEREAS, the Ordinance was to have taken effect upon
final approval of the plan for the Little Rock Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the owner has not submitted a final
development plan /plat within the prescribed time; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended that the
above described property be reclassified (C -3) and that the
PCD classification be revoked.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 16,465 is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat approved by Ordinance No. 16,465 is hereby
revoked.
SECTION 3. That the PCD District classification of the
below listed property is revoked and the former R -2 Single
Family classification is restored on the official zoning
map.

SECTION 4. That Section 36 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby amended by
amending the map referred to in that Section to the extent
that Mark IV Short -form PCD is hereby amended to comply with
the ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 16,465 and that R -2
Single Family is re- established.
SECTION 5. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
