AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TITLED WESTERGARD SHORT -
FORM PRD (Z- 5946), AND LOCATED ON THE EAST
SIDE OF ARKANSAS HIGHWAY 300, APPROXIMATELY
600 FEET SOUTH OF THE EAST PINNACLE ROAD
INTERSECTION, OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS,
PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 to PRD.
A parcel of land in Section 10, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, and
located on the east side of Arkansas Highway 300,
approximately 600 feet south of the East Pinnacle
Road intersection, outside the City Limits,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the NW 1/4,
SW 1/4, Section 10, T -2 -N, R -14 -W; thence
N89031118 11W along the South line of the NE 1/4, SE
1/4, Section 9, 93.99' to a point on the East ROW
line of Arkansas State Highway 300; thence
N21020135 11E along said East ROW line Of Arkansas
State Highway 300 a distance of 312.65' to the
POB; THENCE continuing along the East ROW line of
Arkansas State Highway 300 the following courses:
N10057'52 "E, 104.37'; N00051'50 "W, 103.48'
N00015107 11W, 100.061; N02030'56 11E, 100.021;
N00013124 11W, 42.21; thence S890481101E, 618.63';
thence S00004141 11E, 256.141; thence S7303011111W,
668.54' to the POB, containing 5.01 acre, more or
less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planing Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for WESTERGARD -- SHORT -FORM PRD is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
