ORDINANCE NO. 16,850
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL
OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND SIDEWALK
REQUIREMENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for variance of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Phil -Cord Planned.Development - Industrial
(Z- 4461 -A) as follows:
Subsection 1. That the provisions of Section 31 -397 be
amended to allow for a 5 year deferral of the street
improvements.
Subsection b. That the provisions of Section 31 -402 be
amended to allow for a deferral of sidewalk construction.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
