AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT - INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TITLED
"PHIL -CORD SHORT -FORM PD -I" (9125 SIBLEY
HOLE ROAD) (Z- 4461 -A) IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER
36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 Single Family to Planned
Development - Industrial District.
Z- 4461 -A - Described as part of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -w, in the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning 825.0' south of
the NW corner of said NW 1/4, NW 1/4, thence East
822.01; thence South 208.01; thence west 822.01;
thence North 208.0' to the point of beginning,
containing 3.92 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Phil -Cord (Short -form PD -I) is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Article VII,.Section 36 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
