16848�1 ORDINANCE NO. 16,848 0 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND USE PLAN IN THE OTTER CREEK DISTRICT, NORTHWEST OF I- 430/I -30 INTERCHANGE, CHANGING LIGHT INDUSTRIAL AND MULTIFAMILY TO MIXED OFFICE INDUSTRIAL, MIXED OFFICE WAREHOUSE AND PUBLIC USE, AND FOR OTHER MATTERS. WHEREAS, the Planning Staff finds it is appropriate to amend the plan; and, WHEREAS, by approval of a zoning case the Planning Commission has indicated to the Board that a higher use is appropriate. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. Those areas currently in public use in the area northwest of 1- 430/1 -30 would be changed to Public Institutional (4 areas - Highway Department, churches (2), cemetery). SECTION 2. Change either side of Baseline east of 1- 430 from Light Industrial and Multifamily to Mixed Office warehouse. SECTION 3. North of Baseline Road, east of Sibley Hole Road and south of Baseline Road, either side of Sibley Hole Road changed from Light Industrial and Multifamily to Mixed Office Industrial. SECTION 4. change the area south of Baseline Road east of existing church from Multifamily to Mixed Office Commercial. SECTION 5. Change an area of Single Family to Park /Open Space along the Fourche Creek floodway /floodplain south of the creek. SECTION 6. The Plan map is amended as shown on the attached sketch map.
