AN ORDINANCE RENEWING TAXICAB
OPERATOR PERMITS FROM JANUARY 1,
1995 TO DECEMBER 31, 1995.
NOW, T=tEFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION. 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock hereby renews the taxicab operator permits of the following
taxicab operators for a one year period beginning January 1,
1995.
A. Capitol Cab Company
B. Dewey Worthy
C. Black & White Cab Company
SECTION 2. These taxicab operator permits shall
automatically expire at midnight, December 31, 1995.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
