AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED ON THE CANTRELL ROAD
AND BRYANT STREET FRONTAGES FOR THE STEIN
MART SHOPPING CENTER LOCATED AT 6823 CANTRELL

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for a waiver of sidewalk requirements within
the Boundary Street Ordinance and Master Street Plan of the City
of Little Rock for the Stein Mart Shopping Center located at
6823 Cantrell Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 be waived for purposes of
issuing a building permit allowing for the remodeling and
expansion of the Stein Mart Shopping Center located at
6823 Cantrell Road.
The specific improvements to be waived are a 6 foot wide
sidewalk extending approximately 520 feet along the south
side of Cantrell Road and a 4 foot wide sidewalk extending
for approximately 370 feet along the east side of Bryant
Street where both streets are adjacent to the Stein Mart
Shopping Center.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
