ORDINANCE NO. 16,824
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS AS C -4 WITH CONDITIONS,
AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the.zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -588 - 'Described as part of the SW 1/4 of the NW
1/4 of Section 31, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is the intersection of
the East right -of -way of Geyer Springs Road and
the South right -of -way of Young Road, and is 18.7
feet South and 30.0 feet East of the NW corner of
the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, Section 31, T -1 -N, R -12-
W; thence 58701114711E along the South right -of -way
of Young Road, 181.0 feet to a found concrete
filled 211 pipe on the North right -of -way of
Interstate 30; thence N870171W, 114.4 feet along
said North right -of -way; thence N410511W, 94.38
feet to the intersection of the East right -of -way
of Geyer Springs Road, thence NO °E along said East
right -of -way, 64.0 feet to the Point of Beginning,
containing 0.49 acres more or less from R -2 Single
Family to C -4 Open Display. (7715 Geyer Springs).
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district
map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof. The conditions are attached to the ordinance
as Exhibit A.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
