AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
WAIVER OF THE PROHIBITION OF PIPESTEM
LOTS FOR THE VILLAGES OF WELLINGTON,
PHASE 3 (5- 1042 -A), LOCATED NORTH AND
WEST OF THE PRESENT END OF LOYOLA DRIVE,
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for THE
VILLAGES OF WELLINGTON, PHASE 3 (5- 1042 -A) and located north and
west of the present end of Loyola Drive, as follows:
Subsection a. That a waiver be approved of the provisions
of Section 31- 232(8), which states that pipestem lots shall
be prohibited in residential subdivision.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
