AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND PROVIDING FOR THE
t-� MAINTENANCE OF A PCD DISTRICT ENTITLED WORTHEN
BANK BRANCH, CHENAL PARKWAY (Z- 4933 -C), LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF CHENAL PARKWAY AND
R KANIS ROAD, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15,990, AND CHAPTER 36,
SECTION 36 -176 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
Ar CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 15,990, passed on November
20, 1990, and entitled Mechanics Lumber Company Long -Form PCD (Z-
4933-B) be amended to provide for modification of the District to
permit the development of the outparcel shown on the site plan as
Lot 2, and described as:
A parcel of land in Section 6, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, and located at
the southeast corner of Chenal Parkway and Kanis Road,
Little Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
From the NW corner of said Section 6, a distance of 434.231,
thence S0050140 11W, 808.95' to the S ROW line of Chenal
Parkway for the POB, thence S23 012122 11W, 275.301; thence
S75 °00125 11W, 103.70' to the Northerly ROW line of Kanis Rd;
thence N14 059135 11W along said Northerly ROW line a distance
of 301.321; thence Northeasterly along a curve to the right
whose radius is 50.001, having a chord bearing and distance
of N45 036127 "E, 87.12' to a point on the S ROW line of
Chenal Parkway; thence S73 047131 11E along said S ROW line a
distance of 171.541; thence continuing along said S ROW line
along a curve to the right whose radius is 1387.801, having
a chord bearing and distance of S67 051100 11E, 64.38' to the
POB, containing 1.46 acres, more less.
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the above
described property be changed from PCD to AMENDED PCD.
SECTION 3. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat for WORTHEN BANK BRANCH, CHENAL PARKWAY -- AMENDED
SHORT -FORM PCD (Z- 4933 -C) be approved as recommended by the
Little Rock Planing Commission.
SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for WORTHEN BANK BRANCH, CHENAL PARKWAY -- AMENDED
SHORT -FORM PCD (Z- 4933 -C) is conditioned upon obtaining a final
plan approval within the time specified by Chapter'36- 454(d) of
the Code of Ordinances.

SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 -81.
and 36 -82. of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and the designated district map and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect the
designated change provided for in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 6. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan by the Planning
Commission.
