AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
16,577 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE OF
THE REQUIREMENT THAT ACCESS POINTS TO
COMMERCIAL LOTS NOT BE PLACED CLOSER
THAN 100 FEET TO THE RIGHT -OF -WAY OF
INTERSECTING STREETS FOR COULSON OIL,
HIGHWAY 10 -- SHORT -FORM PCD (Z- 4411 -B)
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
CANTRELL ROAD AND WOODLAND ROAD,
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 16,577 be amended to
provide for a variance of certain requirements within the said
Ordinance of the City of Little Rock for COULSON OIL, HIGHWAY 10
-- SHORT -FORM PCD (Z- 4411 -B), located at the southwest corner of
Cantrell Rd. and Woodland Rd., as follows:
Subsection a. That a variance be approved from the
provision of Subsection b, paragraph (e) of said Ordinance,
which states that access points to lots shall not be placed
close than one hundred (100) feet to the right -of -way of any
intersecting street, when one of the intersecting streets is
a minor arterial or higher classification of street, and
permit an access point from the COULSON OIL, HIGHWAY 10 --
SHORT -FORM PCD site onto Woodland Rd. at a distance of
approximately 70 feet from the existing Highway 10 curb
line.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
