AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE PLAT
OF OXFORD VALLEY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, The Crestwood Company through its agent James P.
Matthews has made application for vacation of various lots in
Blocks 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Oxford Valley Addition and
their return to acreage pursuant Little Rock, Arkansas Rev. Code
5 31 -11 (1988); and,
WHEREAS, the Owner

Section 1. The Board of Director of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, hereby approves the vacation of portions of the
plat of Oxford Valley Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, described herein as follows:
All of Lot 19 of Block 2, Oxford Valley Addition
All of Lots 6 and 7 of Block 3, Oxford Valley Addition
All of Lots 4 thru 7, inclusive of Block 4, Oxford
Valley Addition
All of Lots 1 thru 6 and 9 of Block 7, Oxford
Valley Addition
All of Lots 1 and 2 of Block 8, Oxford Valley Addition
All of Lots 1 thru 5, inclusive, of Block 9,
Oxford Valley Addition
All of Lot 1, B1ock.10, Oxford Valley Addition
Subject to the retention of utility and drainage easements
identified on the several plats of record wherein the above
described lots are established.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect'
from and after the date of its passage.
