AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET
PLAN, CHANGING THE ALIGNMENT OF A NORTH -
SOUTH ARTERIAL BETWEEN CHENAL PARKWAY AND
COOPER ORBIT ROAD; AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the Engineering Staff has reviewed the alignments
and recommends the new alignment; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends the new
alignment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Master Street Plan Map is changed to show
the north -south arterial alignment as the Kanis Road alignment
from Rock Creek south to Cooper Orbit Road.
SECTION 2. The Map is amended as shown on the attached
sketch.
