AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 5346 -C - Described as a part of the SW 1/4 of
the SW 1/4 of Section 35; T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of said SW 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of Section 35; thence East 244.6 feet;
thence North 25.0 feet; thence N390361w 55.07 feet
to a point on the South right -of -way of Interstate
30 Highway; thence N63 035130 11E 472.3 feet along
the South right -of -way of Interstate 30 to a found
iron pin for the point of beginning (from a survey
and plat by Everett Rowland, Registered Land
Surveyor #32 and dated August 20, 1974). From
point of beginning just established continue

in the centerline of Mann Branch; thence

North right -of -way of Baseline Road to a point in
the center of Mann Branch; thence N0205010711 226.5
feet to the point of beginning and containing

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
