AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS
FOR PARKSIDE PLACE SUBDIVISION (S- 499 -A),
LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF UNIVERSITY
AVE., NORTH OF W. 54TH. STREET, LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for
PARKSIDE PLACE SUBDIVISION (5- 499 -A), located on the west side of
University Ave., north of W. 54th. Street, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31- 201(h), which
requires that when a proposed development abuts a
partially dedicated or constructed public street,
the developer shall provide the minimum of one -half
of the required Master Street Plan improvements, be
waived for W. 54th. St. and 63rd. Ave.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
