16783594 ORDINANCE NO. 16,753 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED OFFICE DISTRICT TITLED SAUGEY 16725 CANTRELL RD. -- SHORT -FORM POD (Z- 5882), AND LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF HIGHWAY 10, APPROXIMATELY 0.2 MILE WEST OF THE WEST TAYLOR LOOP ROAD INTERSECTION, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed from R -2 to POD. A parcel of land in Section 24, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, and located on the south side of Highway 10, approximately 0.2 miles west of the west Taylor Loop Rd. intersection, Pulaski County Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Lot 3, Wildwood Subdivision, Pulaski County, Arkansas, Less and Except, a part of Lot 3 , Wildwood Subdivision, Pulaski County, Arkansas, said exception described as starting at the SE corner of Lot 3 of said Wildwood Subdivision; thence N00 039136 11E along the E line of Lot 3, Wildwood Subdivision, a distance of 181.04' to a point on the Southerly ROW line of Highway 10 for the POB; thence S87050122 11W along the Southerly ROW line of Highway 10, a distance of 70.541 to a point; thence S8805511411W along said ROW line a distance of 31.53' to a point on the west line of Lot 3, Wildwood Subdivision; thence N00039148 11E along the West line of Lot 3, Wildwood Subdivision a distance of 14.75' to a point; thence in an Easterly direction along the previous ROW line of Highway 10 on a curve to the left having a radius of 1472.39' a distance of 30.79' to a point; thence N8705012211E along said existing ROW line a distance of 71129' to the Northeast corner of Lot 3, Wildwood Subdivision; thence S00039136 11W along the East line of Lot 3, Wildwood Subdivision, a distance of 15.02' to the POB, containing 1525 square feet, more or less. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planing Commission. �I SECTION contemplated conditioned specified by 595 3. That the change in zoning classification for SAUGEY 16715 CANTRELL ROAD -- SHORT -FORM POD is ipon obtaining a final plan approval within the time Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
