AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED TYRRELL LEASING CO.
-- SHORT -FORM PCD (Z- 5884), AND LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF CHENAL PARKWAY, APPROXIMATELY
1/4 MILE WEST OF S. BOWMAN RD., IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from C -3 to PCD.
A parcel of land in Section 4, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, and
located on the north side of Chenal Parkway,
approximately 1/4 mile west of S. Bowman Rd., Little
Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Starting at the NW corner of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4, of
said Section 4; thence 587046'29 "E along the N line
of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4, 95.65' to the POB; thence
S87046129 11E and continuing along said N line,
344.351; thence 559010133 11E, 24.621; thence
540048137 11W, 219.87' to a point on the Northerly ROW
line of Chenal Parkway; thence N49001106 11W along said
Northerly ROW line, 293.42' to the POB, containing
0.7872 Acre, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planing Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for TYRRELL LEASING CO. -- SHORT -FORM PCD is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time
specified by Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
