AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 5258 -A - Described as part of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4
and part of the SW 1/4, NW 1/4 of Section 4, T -1-
N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as:
Beginning at the SW corner of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 4; thence N00 037156 11E, along the West line
of said NW 1/4, NW 1/4 450.06 feet; thence
S43 017'34 "E 634.33 feet; thence S00 040111 11W 75.81
feet to a point on the North Right -of -Way line of
West Markham Street; thence in a Westerly
direction along the North Right -of -Way line of
West Markham Street the following courses:
S79 050141 11W 62.56 feet; N88 051139 11W 200.00;
N82 057114 11W 179.68 to a point on the West line of
the SW 1/4, NW 1/4; thence N00 037156 11E along the
West line of said SW 1/4, NW 1/4 72.50 feet to the
Point of Beginning, containing 3.13 acres, more or
less from C -2 Shopping Center to C -3 General
Commercial. (West Markham)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
