AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
STREET IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS TO RUSS
STREET AND PIGGEE STREET FOR THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK PARKS AND RECREATION
DEPARTMENT (Z -5872 - PANKEY COMMUNITY
PARK).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan of
the City of Little Rock for Pankey Community Park at Russ
and Piggee Streets as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31 be waived for the
purposes of complying with conditions pursuant to a
conditional use permit issued by the Little Rock
Planning Commission allowing for the development of
a community park to be located at Russ Street and
Piggee Street.
SECTION 2. The specific improvements to be waived are
curb, gutter, sidewalk and one -half of residential standard
street improvements required along Russ and Piggee Streets
where adjacent to the proposed Pankey Community Park.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
