AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
THE STREET AND SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS FOR
ORLEY FEAGINS SUBDIVISION (S- 1033),
LOCATED OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS, ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF BURLINGAME ROAD,
APPROXIMATELY 1 1/4 MILE WEST OF THE
COLONEL GLENN ROAD INTERSECTION, PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for ORLEY FEAGINS SUBDIVISION (S- 1033), as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201., which requires
that one -half of boundary streets be constructed and a
sidewalk be provided along the boundary street frontage
of a subdivision, be waived for the Burlingame Road
frontage of the ORLEY FEAGINS SUBDIVISION.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
